[:es]Muchos productos, incluyendo jabones, lociones para la piel y hasta ropa, contienen triclosán, un químico utilizado para matar bacterias. Usualmente, cuando ves un jabón que dice que es «antibacterial», debe tener triclosán. Lo irónico es que mientras te limpias con tu jabón, éste que contiene triclosán, interfiere con tu sistema hormonal, tu sistema reproductivo y hasta el ambiente.

Triclosán va a ser prohibido ya que no es bueno para la salud, no es efectivo. Sin embargo se encuentra en cientos de productos. De hecho, de acuerdo a Biomonitoring California, se utiliza hasta en las pastas de dientes para ayudar a matar la gingivitis. Te sugiero que uses clavos, es una especia natural y logras lo mismo sin hacerte daño.

Hace años remplacé todo jabón y desinfectante de mano con productos libre de químicos tóxicos. Mis productos son buenos para mi salud. Por ese lado estoy tranquila. ¿Y tú?
